Bermuda, Zoysia or Centipede

The applications consist of liquid fertilizer, broadleaf weed control and pre-emergence herbicide. This will help minimize the growth of broadlef weeds and give your lawn a feeding in order to maintain good color and root development throughout late summer/early fall. This is a liquid application, will tolerate watering at any time, and is very safe for children and pets.

Fescue

We treat your fescue with granular, slow-release fertilizer to help the lawn begin its recovery from the hot, dry summer. We also treat broadleaf weeds. Your fescue will begin to look better as we experience cooler weather and the ability to fertilize, aerate and seed throughout September and October.

September and October are the best months to core aerate and seed your fescue. This is a service we provide and can begin scheduling for during the summer. Please feel free to call for more information and a price for this very important service.
